You are a cabinet maker! furniture maker, fabricator, builder, and craftsman or craftswoman with a strong, consistent drive to create with excellence and attention to detail. You work well within a small, collaborative, yet self-reliant team, and take pride in your work. We welcome all experience levels—whether you have decades of expertise and want to help mentor the next generation, or you have a solid foundation of at least 2 years in related millwork, trim, and fabrication.

 

 

 

       Key Responsibilities & Skills:

 

• Fabricate and install high-end furniture, cabinetry, and millwork using traditional and modern methods of joinery.

 

• Proficient and safe use of jointers, tablesaws, miter saws, planers, sanders, finishing tools, hand tools, and other pertinent woodworking tools.

 

• Produce hardwood furniture from rough, kiln-dried stock using shop-made jigs, traditional hand tools, and modern power tools.

 

• Read and modify blueprints, create cut lists, and track project performance.

 

• Take inventory of stock, maintain machinery, and keep a tidy workspace.

 

• Must be in good physical shape and able to consistently lift and carry 100 lbs or more.

 

 

 

Bonus if you have CAD skills or CNC programming background (Rhino, Fusion 360, Mozaik, etc).
