Frequently Asked Questions

Can you build things that aren't already featured on your site?

Absolutely! Our site is just a sample of some of our favorite projects. If you can dream it, draw it, or CAD it, we can build it.

How do you choose materials for your projects?

We work with over a dozen different suppliers of exotic hardwoods, domestic hardwoods, and reclaimed lumber. Once we have seen your space or discussed your design, we reach out to those suppliers and start forwarding over ideas and pictures of different materials that are available. Whenever dealing in slab material, we invite our clients to join us when visiting our mills or suppliers, to pick specific boards or slabs. Its a collaborative process. In our experience, visiting the mills or seeing the material raw is a nice part of the process, it provides the client with a context of where things begin and makes them appreciate the end product even more.

I don't live in the Greater Cincinnati area, can you work with me?

Of course, we can! In fact, we currently have pieces in over 14 states. We work with a number of brokerage, freight, and logistics companies to try and find you the most cost effective way to get your new piece(s) home safely. Additionally, when it's possible, and it works out for everyone, we do our best to try and personally deliver the pieces we have tirelessly built for you. We also have the ability to ship internationally. Feel free to contact us for rates and estiamtes.

Where are you located? Can we visit your operation?

We are fortunate to have two locations. We have a 5000 Sq/Ft production facility and design studio located in Cincinnati, in what was formerly the Lunkenheimer Valve Factory (currently the Cincinnati ReUse Building), along with our administrative and design offices in Dayton, Kentucky.
